Develop insightful analysis about business and their strategic and operational implications
Conceptually design, execute and embed analysis that supports strategic planning and decision-making with external internal sources
Develop story lines, collect data/input, Analyze and make complete presentations
Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in a structured way, suggesting areas of improvement and identifying opportunities/threats based on internal and external data sources, market trends and user behaviour in an effort to strengthen efficiency and provide strategic direction
Prepare reports for management operations to drive decisions
Ability to crunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decision making
Education, Skills Experience:
Between 2-4 years of business analytics experience
Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/BITS etc)
Expert in the use of SQL, Excel and one or more of the statistical tools like R, SAS, VBA for data manipulation and statistical analysis purposes
Expert in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
Exposure to statistical techniques like Predictive Modelling, Regression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis etc. would be a plus
Ecommerce experience would be a plus
Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand and interpret data within the context of the business – solve problems and distil data into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams; independently and proactively
Intellectual and analytical curiosity – initiative to dig into the why of various results
Desire to learn new technologies and grow the analytical skillset
Comfortable working in a fast and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Experience in the Telecom domain as a Business Analyst is mandatory
Conduct gap analysis and business due diligence to identify digital transformation
Work with product architects on business case development and project plan.
Lead the daily scrum meetings, scrum retrospective meetings and set the priorities for the team. Work on Agile methodology for product delivery
Build training documentation and conducting training sessions with internal and business stakeholders.
Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed.
Process mapping and identifying non-value-add steps to create lean and agile processes.
Responsible for identifying business problem areas and aligning themselves to the pain areas through GB/BB/Other Projects
Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identifying process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.
Help our clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients as-is processes and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints
You will be responsible for PDD (Process design document)
Provide quality consulting service by applying lean, six sigma and other relevant quality methodologies with the objective to reduce cost/cycle time, improve productivity, increase revenue, improve product/service quality, and/or realign organizational practices with business strategies
Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
Create functional requirements in use cases and coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs
Perform detailed analysis of the process and prepare a Process Understanding Document along with AS-IS & TO-BE process maps
Creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules, support structure, and work breakdown structures
Create user manuals, administrator Instructions, developer document activity diagrams and map processes and data flow
Create Benefit Summary/Case, detailed RACI matrix and CBA of projects
