As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering key capital reports and performance metrics. It is essential that you have previous experience in the Financial Services industry and ideally a background in accounting, product control or systems accounting. Great communication skills are required as the role will involve interaction with clients and colleagues at various levels. You should have the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and the self-confidence to work independently; initially in establishing a new service line, and overtime in increasing the scope of the service line. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also vital for this role along with very strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Having some previous exposure to process improvement and project management methodologies would be preferred and ideally experience with Financial Accounting and Risk Management concepts along with the ability to investigate business issues and identify technical root causes.
