-Dress appropriately: You should dress in business attire appropriate for the interview location. If it is at the company headquarters, wear something professional such as a suit. At a coffee shop or restaurant, wear slacks and a button-down shirt with no tie or jacket. 

-Be punctual: This may seem like common sense, but being late to an interview will tarnish your image before you’ve even had time to introduce yourself.
